About Carlton Hair Corp

Randall Turner, owner and lead hair stylist, has been in the hairdressing industry for almost 50 years with an amazing range of industry experience and knowledge. Over those years, as well as his work in the salon, he’s styled hair on fashion shoots, pagents, weddings, school dramas, and even dancing competitions. He set up the first children’s hair salon in New Zealand back in 1987 and still runs it today here in the Bealey Avenue salon. This kids salon specialises in introducing children to getting their hair cut in a safe environment, especially important for children with special needs.

In his own words:

“I enjoy all aspects of the hairdressing business with an emphasis on creating a personalized style for each individual, rather than using the “latest-style-fits-all” approach. I really enjoy working at 324 Bealey Ave with it’s airy, open, relaxed atmosphere and boutique feel.”
